My formal education in Social Work came from my desire to help people who were struggling to find their strengths. I have learned that not everyone who wants to make changes in their life has the time, energy, and support to get started and stay motivated. This is why I started Plant Centered Living. I want to put my knowledge, experience, and energy to work for you when you need it most. Having practiced plant centered living for the past 28 years, I am uniquely positioned to guide your plant centered journey. I have a solid understanding of food and people’s connections with food.

When participating in the monthly vegan cookouts that Natasha organizes, I felt for the first time that it was ok to ask questions regarding veganism while still being a meat-eater. Through following Plant Centered Living, I have learned about delicious vegan recipes, heard from people of all walks of life making the transition to a plant-centered lifestyle, and found out more about the food science behind it all. I would have to say that your newsletter and videos have inspired me to “keep pushing on.” Us plant eaters experience negativity and a strange kind of judgment from people who don’t want to hear that animal agriculture is harmful to the planet and their health. It gets tiring at times, so listening to you and the people you interview speaking positively about a plant centered life helps shake off that negative cloud.
